Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) are both popular and rewarding ways to exercise yourself to a lean and tone body. The training techniques accommodate the young, old, experienced, fit or unfit - everyone enjoys and benefits from slipping on the gloves.
A standard session for weight loss combines punches and kicks with twists on traditional exercises such as lunges, crunches and push ups. The session paces at your capabilities so it doesn't matter if you a super fit, boxed before or are just getting off the couch.
Our resident expert, Tommy Hibbins is a fighter himself, trains fighters as well as those of us who have never considered putting on the gloves. His well-rounded experience, ability to coach and social nature make him a popular trainer. His enthusiasm for his craft has converted many of our personal training clients who have now added boxing / MMA sessions to their training regime. We also have several clients training for their first amateur fights.
We supply all the equipment including gloves, mitts, pads, wraps and inner gloves or you can bring your own. Pricing is the same as personal training sessions. |
